It’s weird that there is no introduction to who he is and how he prefers to work prior to explaining his tools. DIT is such a customizable job which varies from person to person and not knowing his style its hard to understand why he needs all this stuff.

@TimGvr Hi Tim, There is in the DIT course, so at the head of the course you meet Derek Johnson who has been my DIT on many features and commercials with me. I guess we could add his intro to each one of the lessons so that you can have the back story. Let me see what that will do to our editorial budget. H AHA

@TimGvr Hi Tim, Derek is not your typical DIT, he does not sit back and spin wheels, he is an AC to me and a DIT second. WHich means when the shit is hitting the fan he is helping all our team move up the mountain and not on the truck downloading.

@TimGvr Hello Shane, What I am saying is that a lot of his tools are aimed at working as an AC rather than DIT, which is odd in the way I, and many of my colleagues work. I feel that an overview of the overall involvement in the team makes sense and how it came to be in the introduction to the teacher. P.S. AC 1st and DIT 2nd makes a lot of sense with this arrangement of tools. Cheers, -Timur G.

@TimGvr Hi Tim, totally understand, but his tools are what is expected at Hollywood standards, not just because I ask him.
