I am use to having the production designer talk directly with the Director about things like chandeliers and lamps and then having to ask them to change the color/size/whatever of the fixture. How do you bring up this conversation to make sure you’re the one that gets to have it and gets to have the choice and say in the final decision?

      @Chase Gardiner Hi Chase, I work with the Lead Set decorator and have him or her pull selects of what I am looking for and then present it to the prod designer.

Hi Shane, I know the rule os thhumb is 1 minute per page. But by the time you get the script has someone timed it for you know reasonably accurately how many onscreen minutes there is per page?

      @FlatArt HI FlatArt, Yes the script supervisor is responsible on breaking down the script for timings and times of day so continuity with wardrobe, make up, props, etc.
